General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

First, this is not related to urinary system or urinary infection since hemorrhagic cysts are ovarian cysts which has nothing to do with bladde and these develops due to ruptured ovarian follicle. It should be treated with closed observation or hormonal therapy. Only if there is larger cyst than 8cm then it may necessiate surgical procedure. Also, it should be followed with ultrasound to measure size. Cyst can be removed laparoscopically and periods may be regulated with estrogen replacement therapy. If there is polcystic syndrome then treatment may be a bit more complex and include long term hormones with progesterone. In every case, it is common condition and you should not be concerned.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
