Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound Abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
In such case scenario you nerd to increase the dose of your Thyrox tablet as still your thyroid is not under control.
I would recommend in such case to start with 75 micrograms a day and TSH to be repeated and dose to be adjusted after one month.
As far as Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease (NAFLD) is concerned you need to get your Ultrasound Abdomen done to check for severity of fatty liver.
Now for the treatment part you need to take Ursedoxycholic Acid tablets for at least 3 months.
Do regular exercises, reduce your weight and avoid oil and fatty food as far as possible.
I would also recommend you to get your Fasting Lipid profile done.
For asthma issues you can continue you'd inhaler.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Yes it can.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Yes NAFLD can recover well in terms of liver enzymes that are raised. However Ultrasound may shoe fatty liver for love long.
So a reduction and normalization of SGOT and SGPT is a sign of recovery from fatty liver.
Good luck.
