Brief Answer:
As below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Good to hear from you, as always.
I have gone through your reports.
Yes, the placenta is quite away from the os now.
IT is getting better I think.
In my opinion, in a few weeks, it will come to its normal position.
However, it is still under the definition of low lying placenta ( placenta within 5 cm of the os is considered low lying ).
So travelling is best avoided, but frankly speaking, if it is very important, there is almost no risk now in travelling.
HOw long a train journey will you have ?
Yes, please upload calcium and vitamin D reports also.
How is your pain now, that you used to have ?
And what medications are you taking ?
If you really wish to travel, I might suggest some extra tablets to minimize risk of any damage.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take lots of care.

Brief Answer:
Can travel with due precautions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear.
Yes, I have seen all your reports.
All of them are normal, there is nothing to worry.
Some women have a very sensitive uterus, and that leads to constant pain and discomfort.
Yes, you can travel.
But take due precautions.
Have water and fluids frequently.
Carry your own food and drink in the train.
Carry your own tissues and lots of papers while using the washrooms in the train.
Keep moving about frequently.
Avoid crowded areas, avoid carrying heavy weight.
Make sure somebody is accompanying you.
Please give me a list of medications that you are taking, I can add a tablet that will help to decrease the risk of pain and miscarriage during travelling.
You can take it from Saturday onwards till 2 days after you reach your native place.
Best of luck with your journey !
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Tablet suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You will have to be very careful about your diet because of the insulin.
You can take Duvadilan - Retard once a day 2 days before starting the travel, and continuing for 2 days once you reach.
Discuss this with the doctor who is treating you.
Drink lots of water on the journey , as it is summer.
Take care, let me know if there is any problem.

Brief Answer:
Yes , there are good chances for vaginal birth.

Detailed Answer:
Okay, try and take that medication which I have suggested.
Of course you have a chance of normal vaginal delivery.
Many women with gestational diabetes go on to have a normal labour provided their blood sugars are controlled, the baby is not oversized and the pelvis is roomy.
At the time of labour, your pelvis is assessed, and if there are no other complications, a normal labour can be attempted for sure.
The placenta is quite away from the os, and I think in the next scan, it will not be low lying any more.
I think you can definitely have a chance for normal delivery.
Take care.
