Brief Answer:
Increased prolactin levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The follicles on day 19 are unlikely to be healthy and they do tend to remain unruptured.
Moreover, increased prolactin levels inhibit the ovulation.
So, I will suggest you get your prolactin levels repeated.
If increased, then your cabgolin dose should be increased.
Then the follicular monitoring and hCG should be used after it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dear Doctor,

Thanks for your prompt response.

The follicle size on Day 23 (after getting two HCG injections 10000IU and 5000IU resp.) in the right ovary is around 27 X 25 mm, Fluid formation was also observed in POD. Please suggest if the size and other parameter sounds normal to you.

Below the the complete chart
D12 - (7-8 follicles, largest 12X10 mm)
D14 - (12X10 mm)
D18 - (18X15 mm DF)
D19 - (20.5 X 17 mm DF) , HCG 10000 units
D21 - (24 X 21 mm DF), HCG 5000 units.

I am also taking Folic Acid tablets on a daily basis.

As we are planning a baby, do you suggest we should go ahead and plan at this stage ?
If not, please suggest what treatment should be planned.

Brief Answer:
Please upload the report

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, A follicle of 24 mm size can or cannot rupture.
It will be more helpful for me to explain you the situation better if you upload the report.
