Brief Answer:
Regular visits to gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I have gone through the report attached.

It is common to have raised liver enzymes and bilirubin levels in last 3 months of pregnancy and is seen in almost 3-5% of pregnant patients.
She needs to be cautious about the baby movements now and in case she feels lesser movements then visit her doctor at the earliest.
Also her bilirubin level is only slightly raised so there is nothing much to worry as yet.
Keep visiting your gynecologist at regular intervals.
This state of investigations is called as cholestasis of pregnancy and it needs proper supervision because in certain patients at times bilirubin rises suddenly and can harm the baby.
So weekly visit to your gynecologist and daily movement count is a must.

Take care

Sometimes in the evening she itches her legs and there are rashes in her legs due to this. Also last week she vomited often at night and was very uncomfortable. Her BP is always at around 130/90 and 140/100. Although the baby is kicking and there is movement we are worried. Please advice.

Brief Answer:
precaution advised

Detailed Answer:
Itching is common in this condition.
Ask her to take -
- tablet udiliv 300 mg twice a day
- tablet cetrizine 10 mg at night in case itching gets severe
- apply lactocalamine lotion on itchy areas instead of scratching
- avoid scratching as much as possible otherwise she will get stretch marks on affected areas.
I would like to know if she has been given any medicine to control Blood pressure and in case not then give her tablet labetalol 100 mg twice a day and ask her to avoid salt intake.
Usual movement count is fine and its alarming only when count decreases suddenly.
Vomiting is not a good sign so in case vomiting episode occurs again then visit your doctor for check up.
Take care
