Brief Answer:
No need to worry but provide me more information,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query,

Total billirubin 2.0 is considered as a clinically normal and SGPT 54 with SGOT 33 are also within reference range. So I do not think there is anything to be worried as you have seen very marginal elevation of these levels from your last testing done on 22/10/2016.

All these LFTs (SGPT,SGOT) are highly sensitive liver function tests,so they get easily raised following oily or fatty meal or even few alcohol drinks.

Here,I would also like to know about your past disease, if any.
Are you taking any medications for Gilbert's disease or syndrome as you mentioned?
Any clinical symptoms like yellowing of the skin tone or yellowing of the sclera in the eye.

Please get back to me with more information.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
