Suggest Treatment For Bergers And Gilberts Disease

i am 32 year old i have been Ill since 23 i have bergers disease and Gilberts disease i suffer alot of symptoms the main being serious pain and extreme fatigue, muscle weakness and pain and joint pain, headaches, cognitive problems, short term memory problems, ibs every year i seem to deteriate and something new gets diagnosed could there be an underlying condition or genetic cause for all of this
