Brief Answer:
Disease is probably in advanced stage and please send report to discuss

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

I have worked in a cancer institute for years and would like to give my opinion.

I am unable to understand the statement completely that cancer has reverted and effected liver and bones because revert means to make it normal and ?affected liver and bones shows metastasis or spread.

1. It is important to review her recent imaging reports keeping in mind the statement that the cancer has affected her liver and bones. Any breast cancer, even after surgery, if it reappears in the liver and bones then it becomes stage 4 cancer.

2. Please send her CT scan and ultrasound scan reports to get a better idea of disease spread.

3. Normocytic and normochromic with anisocytosis refers to the appearance of red blood cells which are said to be normal sized and contain normal amount of hemoglobin pigment and few are showing abnormal shape. This might be seen in anemia due to nutritional deficiency.

4. Leukopenia is low number of leukocytes which are white blood cells and shift to left means immature forms which might be there from a stress like infection. Probably she is having some infection now for which treatment is being given.

5. In conclusion, if her disease is stage 4 cancer then survival for more than two years is difficult with good care and treatment with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Please send the required reports to discuss the disease spread.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. The blood report has been discussed earlier. She also has anemia and this means her hemoglobin is to be corrected by giving her nutritious balanced daily 1800 kcal diet.

2. The MRI scan brain is normal and there is no problem in the head because of breast cancer.

3. The CT scan abdomen or ultrasound scan abdomen report is important to know the details of any disease spread to bones and liver.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
