Brief Answer:
You need treatment of CLL if it is progressive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have immune thrombocytopenic purpura and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

You should go for bone marrow biopsy to search the cause of low platelet. Whether it is due to progressive CLL and bone marrow failure or it is due to ITP with non progressive CLL.

Treatment is complex and no any clear cut guidelines available.

Purine analogue treatment like rituximab, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone is the regimen that can be used.

High dose methyle prednisone plus rituximab followed by rituximab maintenance therapy can also be used.

Treatment is very complex and required long term follow up and monitoring.

Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
