A friend of mine has been recently diagnosed with a medical condition. Can you please check the attached reports and advise what has caused this, is it something that he should be really concerned about, what are the remedies and medicines that he should use to make it better/eradicate this condition?

He has diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenic purpura.
It is a platelet disorder. In which there is destruction of platelets occur by our own body immunity. It is a kind of immune disorder.
So platelets count is decreased and causes complications like internal or external bleeding. In your cases epistaxis( nasal bleeding) is due to that.
Now he need to take steroid to control immune destruction of platelets.
Check your complete blood count after a week and go for follow up according to advise.
