About me:
- 19 Years old male with BMI of 19.5 to 20
- 5 foot 10 inch height with some belly fat
- Little to no physical exercise
- Go out of house only at night (once in a week or month)
- Spend most of my time in front of computer
- Academically excellent but physically weaker than EVERYONE
- I keep sitting most of the day and don't run or walk too much.
- I drink 3 liters of water daily.

Symptoms:
- I get exhausted quicker than my friends who are smaller than me and eat less than me
- My face and neck are darker than my hands. Body below the neck is fair but face is abnormally dark. No acne, little but oily. Dry face, very sensitive, whiteheads and black heads. Partial white marks on both sides of my mouth.
- Little back pain was there 2 years ago... only when I used to bow but there's no back pain now (I cannot touch my toe no matter what)
- Knee joint hurt a lot 4 years ago. That was just four 5 minutes and I was unable to stand but after 5 minutes everything was normal. That never happened after that. However, my knees still hurt a bit for 4-5 seconds when I start walking (not always); the pain however is not noticeable and goes away automatically.
- Knees don't hurt when I run but I get cramps on left side of my stomach if I run for too long and I get tired veeeeeeeeeeery easily.
- Too much depression
- Hair graying, Serious hair loss (for 4 months now), Hair color changed from Light black to light brown, mild scalp itching sometimes
- Wound scars don't go away completely
- Once in a month, it feels I get mild chest pain when I inhale too much, goes away after a few minutes.
- Pubic hair (dry) loss and there were some hard white color bumps on my thighs near the genitals. They were very itchy and skin near my pubic hair had turned white. This went away automatically but still itches a bit. This started with a broken pubic hair and increased after I started scratching.
- 3 years ago a infection happened on the back of my neck, just below the hairline and it increased and automatically went away in 1-2 weeks. There's not sign of it now. I did not apply anything on it, neither did I take any medicine, it went away automatically.
- Dry eyes: when I go to sleep, my eyes shed too much tears (I spend most of time in front of Computer so that might be the reason)
- my skin itches (sometimes) when in sun and there are very small bumps on face that are only visible if light falls from different side. These don't itch at all.
- My calcium level is 9.77 mg/dl but my bone density is low and there;s only fat in my body, no muscles.

In short I am physically very weak, get tired very quickly, very lazy, I feel dizzy when spend too much time on high sunlight (while most of friends who live with me, eat less than me can do not show these symptoms - none)

Any help is much appreciated. I am ready to do anything to be healthy.

Brief Answer:
Hi XXXX, I had a look at your complaints and your reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi xXXX, I had a look at your complaints and your reports. There is nothing alarming. You do have vitamin D deficiency (obviously because you do not go out in the sun), and borderline B-12 (lower side of normal) I wish you had sent normal values of all parameters tested. Each lab has different values, and I can advise better.
I will suggest that you take a supplement of vitamin D-60 L units once a month in warm milk, and B-12 1500 micrograms a day--besides others you are already taking.
And make sure you are eating a balanced meal with a lot of greens, fruits, protein, and milk products.
I want you to go out twice a day for an hour at least and once it should be in bright sunlight. I know you said sunlight bothers you, but you have to get used to it. And also please have some fun with your friends. It is important to balance work and pleasure. Try to laugh away your depression. You can revert back to me. Regards

Hey,

Thanks for replying.

I will take the supplements but "balanced meal with a lot of greens, fruits, protein, and milk products" is not possible. What should I do?

Also, I already have slightly higher level of Zinc, should I really continue that multi-vitamin supplement?

I have already started going out and exercising.

Folate and V-D levels were not that I found alarming.
I was talking about these:

ANTI-CCP: 2.78 OD Ratio or 25.27298 IU/mL (Rheumatoid arthritis?)
Apolipoprotein - A1: 104 mg/dl (APO-B is normal)
Homocysteine: 36.4 umol/L
LDL - Direct: 117 mg/dL
Alkaline Phosphate: 155.4 U/L
Lipoprotein (A): 46.9 mg/dl

You can see that Anti-CCP is higher.
Apoliprotien is very high and LDL is slightly high, am I into some Heart problems in future?
Also look at Alkaline Phosphate and Homocysteine.

Also, how'd you explain the sudden hair loss, hair color change and graying? I can confirm it's not genetic(except graying hair).

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hi XXXX, Yes you can take your multivitamin pills alternate days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, Yes you can take your multivitamin pills alternate days.
Regarding Apo A there is no drug treatment. LDL--up to 100 is normal, so slightly raised.Alkaline phosphatase is raised. For all three exercise is best. For homocysteine you are already taking folic acid. Yes, if these parameters continue to remain high your risk for cardiac problems will increase. But the worst risk is being sedentary.
Hair loss and greying are so complex that it is difficult to pin point. Greying you say is genetic. Stress may add to hair loss.
I will again stress that Lifestyle modification as suggested by me, is best for you---all the best, regards.
