Detailed Answer:
Hello Amol!

Welcome on HCM!

I carefully passed through your previous medical history and the uploaded medical tests.

All your performed tests (cardiac ultrasound and lab tests) are quite normal.

So relax!

Regarding your pain characteristic, it doesn't seem to be specific for an ischemic cardiac disorder (a migrating pain, relieved after walking or exercising).

Coming to this point, I would like to assure you that nothing dangerous or any threatening cardiac condition is happening.

So, nothing to worry too much about.

Your heart rate is within normal range. You may be a little anxious about your actual physical condition (your abdominal and chest discomfort).

A digestive health issue may be more probably the cause of your complains (gastro-esophageal reflux, gastritis, etc.)

You need to discuss with your attending doctor to see the opportunity of adding any gastric anti-secretor drugs (like omeprazole, pantoprazole, ranitidine, etc.) and program a fibrogastroscopy.

Arrangement of daily diet (avoidance of fatty, spicy foods) and addition of any antiflatulent medication would be helpful for diminishing your actual complaints.

Hope you will find this answer helpful.

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
