Brief Answer:
Dont panic, could be endometrioma / infective cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
This cyst could be an endometrioma.
THis is growth of endometrium tissue ( tissue similar to the lining of the uterus ) outside the uterus.
Generally it leads to irregular bleeding, spotting, pain during periods, pain during intercourse etc.
It could be an infective cyst also.
Both of them generally respond to medications, but if that fails, surgery might be needed.
Nothing to worry about majorly though.
Do you have any pain / cramps / pain in intercourse etc.
Have you had any childbirths ?
Were your periods always regular ?
Can you please upload the ultrasound scan report here ?
When was the last Pap smear that you had ?
Please write back with these details, so that I can guide you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
Get an MRI done also please.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the update.
The report says you have irregular and heavy bleeding.
I think this is an endometriotic cyst.
You should next get an internal exam by an OB - GYN and an MRI done to confirm this diagnosis.
Generally, cyclic hormonal pills / injections maybe tried for 3 months to suppress the cyst.
If that fails, it can be removed by laparoscopic surgery.
Hope this helps you.
