Brief Answer:
take her to emergency to to her doctor now

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Prolonged vomiting and diarrhea in a diabetic can be very serious and she may need IV fluids and insulin. No bowel movement in 5 days can be serious as well and she may have an intestinal obstruction. Diabetes is a very serious condition so please get her to see a doctor immediately. She needs an exam, blood tests, possible xrays or other tests and treatments that can only be done by a physician. Do not delay get her to a doctor now.
