Brief Answer:
Can be due to having sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild bleeding even 2 months after the bleeding can be due to a vigorous intercourse. It needs some time to rest and heal properly. If the bleeding is a mild one you can wait for another 2 weeks for the bleeding to stop on its own and avoid any intercourse till then. In case the bleeding is persistent then do consult your gynecologist for a direct examination and go for cauterization if needed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
It will not affect conception.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Usually 6 weeks rest from intercourse is needed for proper healing. The mild persistent bleeding will not affect your chances of conception as the bleeding is only from the cervix and not from the uterus.
You can take hemostatic agents like Tranexaemic acid prescribed from your gynecologist to stop the bleeding.
Hope my answer is helpful.

So I dont need cauterization in the bleeding persist or with just the Tranexaemic acid will be fine?

Brief Answer:
Tranexaemic acid will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You can take tranexaemic acid first. The bleeding is likely to stop with it. In case it does not help then consider going for cauterization. Do consult your gynecologist for proper prescriptions.
Regards.
