Brief Answer:
Local lesions in the cervix or vagina

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Postmenopausal bleeding and spotting during or after intercourse can be due to polyp in cervix or vagina, premalignant or malignant lesions of cervix or vagina, senile vaginitis or senile endometritis.
The exact diagnosis can be confirmed by proper internal examination, pap smear and ultrasound.
Further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
