What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Appendicitis?

Question: I have vaginal bleeding after appendicitis .I'm not due for my period for another week. Its very different than what my normal would be. And I've got a lot of little clots(pea to pin size). its very fresh blood in small amounts when I pee. Should I be concerned???

I can understand your concerns,

You have vaginal bleeding along with clots.you are due to your period one week also.

In my opinion,most probably it is due to hormone imbalance.

I advise that you should go for ultrasound to know endometrium thickness or any other pathology and blood test like thyroid profile and serum prolactin.

Consult your Gynecologist and discuss this.
