Hello,

If you are sexually active, you need to rule out pregnancy by home pregnancy test or blood test for beta-HCG. Other reasons are hormonal imbalance, mental stress / anxiety, obesity / overweight, hypothyroid, irregular diet habit, pelvic infection etc. Sore breast is mostly due to progesterone hormone.

You need to investigate properly by USG pelvis, hormone assay, thyroid profile etc. After that, you can consult with gynecologist for next line management. Take healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, avoid stress, control body wt, maintain genital hygiene and take sound sleep. Wear loose fitting breast support.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
