Brief Answer:
Benign Prostatic hypertrophy, rule out urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

Urge incontinence and urine dribbling are likely due to the urinary outflow obstruction caused by Prostate enlargement. However, associated urinary tract infection also needs to be ruled out.

Urine analysis and culture are warranted at this point.
If an infection is present, antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin has to be initiated.

Since prostate enlargement has already been diagnosed, Flomax 0.4 mg is a good initial choice in managing urinary symptoms. If you are on antihypertensives or on medications like viagra, then the blood pressure should also be monitored closely while initiating Flomax.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider for appropriate evaluation.
