Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Panic disorder is highly treatable. You need to start taking an SSRI medication such as escitalopram or sertraline. Within a few weeks your panic attacks should lessen and eventually disappear. Do not take clonazepam as it causes memory loss, falls, and fractures in people over age 65.
