The second time i had intercourse with her i had a little enhanced time, which was better than the previous one. Dear Bhatti****
thanks for your question
No exact duration has been defined for premature ejeculation. Best fit definition is that ejeculation occurring before an individual or his partner desires. There are a lot of psychosexual causes for premature ejeculation like first time intercourse, intercourse after long time, performance anxiety etc.
As per my opinion you are not suffering from premature ejeculation, still you are having problem then what you can do is
- try to distract your mind while having intercourse
- talk to your partner reading your problem and don't shy to discuss, discussion always helps
- spend your time in foreplay also
- if problem still persists then try to improve time by practicing masterbation
- don't think much about this problem as you may enter in vicious cycle of worry and stress
- SSRI medication Dapoxetine is very helpful in proved premature ejeculation cases, it is taken about 2 hr before intercourse and there are very less side effects.
- proper nutrition is must
- discuss with some close friend regarding the problem and you will be reassured

thanks kindly rate, take care :)
