Brief Answer:
A combination of antispasmodic plus anti inflammatory like Meftal spas.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,

Have noted all your details,

Most likely, it's due to GERD with reflux esophagitis overlapped with gastroenteritis. Severe gastritis causes the return of the contents of the stomach back to the food pipe. The constant backwash of acid is irritating the lining of your esophagus causing it to become inflamed (esophagitis).

Heartburn is the primary symptom which causes a feeling like burning , pain , nausea, vomiting , gagging and metallic taste. Repeated vomiting and mucosal inflammation is causing pain in your case.

As per your query--

To relieve pain a combination of antispasmodic plus anti inflammatory should be taken for few days (Mefenamic acid 250 mg/Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 mg, 250/10mg) twice daily.

Hot water fomentation can also give some relief.

Prochlorperazine maleate 5mg can be taken to control nausea (please get the necessary prescription for these from your local physician). Recurrent vomiting causes exhaustion of intercostal muscles and other accessory muscles in chest area; causing pain.

Take Neksium(Esomeprazole) 40mg twice daily. Antacids(Mucaine gel) can be taken to neutralize the acid in the oesophagus and stomach. A probiotic should be taken daily to improve overall digestion. If flu is persisting, a short course of antibiotics Azithromycin 500mg once daily can also be taken (all these are prescription medications, so please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician).

Tests advised:
Stool routine and microscopy(rule out any underlying infection).
Ultra sound abdomen.

Feel free to ask further.
Regards.
