What Causes Small Bump In Perennial Area With White Discharge?
Question: i have a small bump which appeared in my perennial region. it wasn't hurting before but now if it rubs against something it hurts. today there was a white discharge from it though very little.
its soft to touch but it sort of is deeper. i workout everyday n sweat n have an acne problem.

It looks like you are suffering from folliculitis which is nothing but infection of the base of the hair follicle
Here is what you should do
1. Keep the area clean and moisture free
2. Trimming the area of hair will help in faster recovery
3. Since the area is tender and has discharge I would like you to start antibiotics like tab clindamycin twice a day for 5 days
4. wear only cotton clothes to prevent friction

the lump feels bigger on the inside. tho by pressing it doesn't hurt but the outer part hurts only. is there any cream also that i need to apply ? btw now there is no discharge.its just pink and soft and hurts when i touch it.
