Brief Answer:
Tiredness may be due to dyslipidemiaor viral cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

Slightly elevated lymphocyte count may be related to viral illness.Tiredness may be caused due to this.

Your findings also indicate altered lipid profile(dyslipidemia).Dyslipidemia also causes tiredness.

ALT level is towards upper limit.
Ultrasound of abdomen should be done to assess liver.

I suggest my patients to take combination tablet of atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg at night after dinner. It will correct lipid profile.
You should modify your diet and life style. You should increase your physical activity and go for brisk walk.

You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.

Serum vitamin D3 level, glucose and ferritin level are normal.
MPV is mildly decreased,it may be due to viral illness.

You are suffering from temporary illness. You will recover soon.

Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
