Brief Answer:
STD unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the photographs.
It seems to be vaginal infection.
STD is unlikely, as there are no lesions like most STD s.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally, investigated including vaginal swab examination and get appropriate treatment timely.
Vaginal swab is required to determine the type of infection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

We had sex 2 days before I took the pill, the day after we had sex started the itching. We have been having sex for 5 months now and this is the first time this happens. He noticed this on his penis should he go get checked for yeast infection? The day after we had sex he got a bad cold, just up until yesterday he started to think it might be due to an infection coming from me, i am sure you are aware of invasive candidiasis and he was really worried about that but not anymore because his cold is getting better and not staying the same after taking medicine. However should he still get checked out or does this look like dryness maybe due to his cold or is he simply overthinking? He is not circumcised and all that is there is that peeling on the head, this entire issue has all been in the span of just 5 days for the both of us. Also he has had a minor jock itch before all this so that isnt part of this. The three pictures are after a shower and ejaculation, the fourth an hour after the shower with a clearer picture without flash. Lastly we were planning to have sex in a few days is a condom okThank you! ?

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection of penile tip

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have reviewed the photographs. The penile head has lesions similar to fungal infection or candidiasis.
I will suggest him to consult a dermatologist for further antifungal treatment.
Sexual intercourse with condoms is preferable, as unprotected intercourse can delay healing and eradication of infection.
