Brief Answer:
Colposcopy and ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concerns and your anxiety about the issue.
In my opinion get a colposcopy examination done and along with that ask for a vulval examination under fluroscent light which will give a lot of information.
Also I want you to get an ultrasound done for pelvic organs which will also tell us a lot about everything around the affected area.
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Can occur

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX yes it is common to get them together but frankly it is not good because this implies there is some local immunity problem.
This pain is also related to it.
Personal hygiene is a very important part in this and especially in periods.
Also avoid synthetic clothes as undergarments and too much tights for long intervals.
Take care.
