Swollen Right Knee, Painful To Touch, Difficulty In Walking. Treatment ?
Dear Sir. I hurt my right knee during some garden work a week ago. It was painful right away, but then I did not feel anything for 3-4 days. Now the knee is a bit swollen in front and it is painful when I touch it. I have also difficulties with walking. it is most painful on the right side of the front of my knee. AAAAAA

Since there was some trauma from your history
You first need to take X-Ray AP and Lateral view of affected knee joint. Get it to an orthopedician
For symptom relief you need to be in rest, slight foot elevation with pillow, cold compression, and analgesics like aceclofenac + Parcetamol is enough.
