What Causes Severe Back Pain Post Periods?

Question: Hello, I just finished my period but having severe back pains, in the upper part, feeling very tired already for few months now, my belly is very bloated compared to what I am used too, a bit dizzy and having nauseas, but eating well. just a pain coming and going in the stomach area. I took home pregnancy tests like 4 resulted negative. I have no clue what it could be and my doctor will accept me only in one month, so I am a bit worried
