Question: Our daughter is away at school and said she has two bumps on her leg that are red. Now they are warm and hurting a bit

Red area on leg . Can feel two bumps and warm to toutch

It looks like folliculitis.

Hi
I saw the image.
It looks like folliculitis,infection of hair follicle.
Because of associated inflammation, it became red.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Please do not apply any Ointment over it.
