Brief Answer:
Many causes need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

Common causes of painless bleeding in mouth are inflammation or infections of the gums and teeth, bleeding disorders , vitamin C deficiency, certain medicines like blood thinners, blood cancers, platelet disorders.

Sometimes bleeding from the nose can collect in the mouth. Similarly bleeding from the throat can also collect in the oral cavity mimicking bleeding from mouth

I would suggest you pay a visit to your GP for a thorough examination to come to a diagnosis.

feel free to follow up.
