Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of platelet disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Health Care Magic.

The symptoms of bruising on upper body, red dots on lower extremities, blood blisters in mouth & tongue and a history of hemorrhage on eye - all are due to abnormal bleeding.

Abnormal and unusual bleeding is prevented in body by action of platelets - disc like structures in blood; integrity of blood vessels and coagulation system.

Any abnormality in any one of them can cause abnormal bleeding.

The bleeding caused by any one system is different from other.

Platelet disorders lead to dot like bleeding spots, disorders of coagulation factors lead to large bleeding like that seen around joints and vessel wall abnormalities also cause bleeds.

The type of lesions described by you suggest disorder of platelets.

I suggest you to consult a hematologist and get some investigations to know the type of platelet disorder.

These investigations include bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombin time, INR, activated partial thromboplastin time, complete blood count especially platelet count and platelet related parameters like PDW, PCT and PCV.

These basic investigations will determine the type of lesion and help to confirm the diagnosis and thus management.

Any further queries are most welcome.

Thanks and take care
