Brief Answer:
follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

First of all , I would like know a few more details :

1. Are you tall, thin built ?

2. Your occupation ? Do you involve in to any strenuous activity daily basis(Weight lifting, Gym etc.) or you spend more time standing ?

3. Any other medical/ surgical problem that you've experienced in recent past ?

4. Any changes in diet habit recently ?

5. Any feeling as if "Something's coming out" apart from passing motion ?

6. What was the color of the motion - was it bright red or dark red ?

Please let me know all these details so that I can guide you better..

In the meanwhile , stay well hydrated, drink at least 3-3.5 Ltr water per day..
avoid spicy / junk foods..
eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, and high fiber containing foods (eg. whole grain foods and vegetables, fruits like banana mostly) ..
take yogurt daily on daily basis after meals..

Please don't strain as the more you strain more likely will the anal muscle's sphincter disturbances, as well as friction causing mucosal damage..

Practice a good bowel habit..daily in a timely manner..

Please get back to me with all the details..

Regards
Take Care

Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises as below..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , Welcome Back,
Thanks for following up..

First of all let me tell you that when it comes to health , you should never feel shy to share your problems with the Doctor as he/she will be treating you accordingly , if you shy then problems will remain in the darkness and proper recovery will unnecessarily get delayed..

Now it's good that your feeling positive about it ..

Let me answer them one by one..

1. No point of concern for now..

2. Good job, keep searching in a proper streamline with the help of guidance counselor's , you'll soon find the suitable one .. Once again rest of the part in this, has ruled out some important risk factors.. so that's a good news..

3. Hmm, now I understand staying out of home has it's own after effects(specially on your health) but try not to indulge into those 'Masala' food and find some healthy options instead.. there must be other eateries available, alternatively you can try those Traditional Home-Cooked Tiffin foods , which will be easy on your stomach..

Secondly , your previous symptoms were suggestive of Acute gastroenteritis , typically seen after eating outside's cooked foods, next time on wards remember not to take ELDOPER again, as they are quite prone to worsen acute infective diarrhoea.. always consult a doctor before taking medications like that..

I've seen those reports, mostly they're suggestive of acute dehydration, of which you must've been recovered by now, so I'm not going in to there..

One of the most important thing is to maintain drinking water hygiene, and not to drink any out side water(as I've already mentioned in my previous reply) and try to drink only Mineral and / Home-installed U.V-R.O water..

4. Regarding diet habit, your query itself is self-explanatory plus I've already answered them in the previous column..

Please go back to my advises of the previous reply, and try to follow them up-pronto..

Remember no body can ever stay at home , so you need to cop up with outside atmosphere at the earliest.. Only you can take care of yourself , no body else does(applicable for everyone of us)!!

5. Now these kind of symptoms are indicating towards hemorrhoids, but to confirm the diagnosis, you need to schedule an appointment with a Proctologist or a general Surgeon, who'll examine you physically to check for the findings and guide accordingly..

6. So the Color is not of much concern for now.. bronze color can even be there with hard impacted fecal matter..

You can try Sitz bath two to three times a day(Dipping till your hip in Lukewarm water with 3 tea-spoon full of plain table salt) , you can google it for a comprehensive video tutorial how to take it..

Rest of the advises regarding diet modification, hydration, bowel hygiene all are applicable, so please go back to my previous answer and start following them..

With all of these, you'll soon start feeling well.. so don't worry..

Remember- no more straining during passing motion..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

My Best Wishes
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
it's most probably hemorrhoids, but can only be confirmed after clinical examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear, Welcome back..

No, due course means how do you stay after following all of the advises, as we, the Doctor's always need to follow-up the patients to modify/change our treatment after seeing their progress..

Yes , please go back to my previous replies where you'll find all the answers for your queries, and start following them up, as even if if you're diagnosed as having any hemorrhoids or not, they'll help you to ease your problem and a better health away from all this symptoms..

The seriousness of the problem can only be elicited after a thorough physical check-up and Rectal examination.. So just get yourself checked for that at first..

As per your symptoms , ther're few other possiblities also(like fissure in ano, tightened anal sphincture etc.) but no need to worry about any of them as they are mostly curable , so don't worry..

Please don't go in to the details of the names, as they'll only worry you more and more.. So just move on with your life..

Get back to me in future for any kind of problem.. I'll be glad to help you..

For future reference you can always get in touch with me , below is my direct follow-up link through which you can contact me anytime anywhere , I'll be happy to help -
