Brief Answer:
need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you are experiencing dizziness most of the time, you need a complete evaluation to determine the cause.
There are many possible causes for dizziness and some simple tests can exclude the most common ones like:
-Fluctuations in blood pressure (high blood pressure or low blood pressure)
-Anemia
-Diabetes
-Dehydration (try to drink plenty of water)
You may need to run some tests like :
-Complete blood count to exclude anemia
-Blood sugar to exclude diabetes
-Measure your blood pressure

If these tests result normal ,other causes should be taken in consideration:
-Specific conditions of inner ear
-Neurological condition
A cardiac check-up to exclude heart condition would be recommended.

A detailed medical history and physical examination are essential to understand the possible cause of your symptoms and then decide the necessary investigations to confirm or exclude it.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,
