Brief Answer:
Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for the query and photographs.

It is looking like folliculitis, a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with a mild topical antibacterial cream like Clindamycin to be applied twice daily for a week.

It is safe and effective.
You can try this.

Let me know if you have any other queries.
Thank you.
