What Causes Pain And Twitching Of Facial Muscles Along With Burning Sensation In Chest?
Question: I have been suffering with this issue for some time, with no answers. Had head MRI, CT scans on sinuses and numerous blood tests with no real clue or treatment...a bowel screening, showed blastocystis hominis and CT scan show pansinusitis.. Amoung having sinus issues n some frequant bowel movement with wind, i have been suffering with intense facical pain with twitching mainly on left side, traveling down neck n mid down my back at time feeling like im being stabbed/ jabbed with at time shortness of breath n a burning sensation in middle of chest. My head/ face gets sharp pains, feel itchy along with my neck, but prior becomes inflamed, like allergy and continued ringing in my ears..sometimes i think its like a bug invadeing my body n causing havoc... Please help, im going crazy

Please, tell a few more details about your concerns such how long do you feel like this, how long lasts and how often does the pain in your face and chest happen.
Also, please upload any blood tests you have done, especially thyroid gland function tests, vitamins B 1, 2, 6 and 12 levels in blood.
Stress and anxiety could cause such symptoms, but conditions such low vitamins B group, fibromyalgia etc. should be considered and excluded first.

Hi, i have been experiencing these problems for almost 12 months, seen numerous doctors/ specialists with no real answers... There like bouts, which can last for weeks, then subside then flare up.... I have a normal like with no major issues, do work alot , but love what i do and work for home doing it, so i cant see stress causing it..??..
I have just woken up and im feeling itchy on my head, face and neck, the inside of my nose seams very dry and pain on my near sinus region and neck, like my heads to heavy to hold up and my ears are ring loudly, with a slight ache in my left arm n back region.... Note it seams to affect, just the left side of the body..
