Brief Answer:
These thoughts could be due to obsessions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals have anxiety. In your case the anxiety is probably due to intrusive thoughts or questions if you are good or bad or if you are a worthy person. If these thoughts persist in your mind, are dominating, uncontrollable and are resulting in distress then these could be obsessive thoughts but to make proper diagnosis detailed evaluation is needed.

Obsessions are dominating, purposeless, unwanted, intrusive thoughts that persist in mind even when individual tries to suppress these thoughts. These thoughts result in significant distress and thus lead to anxiety.

If the anxiety is resulting in problems in your functioning then treatment is needed. Try to take an appointment from a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated for anxiety. A lot of individual have anxiety and this can be treated easily with medicines and behaviour therapy.

Behaviour therapy is a non medicinal treatment which involves relaxation exercises which result in suppression of anxiety. Medicines like SSRIs like Fluoxetine or Paroxetine can be used to control the anxiety. These are safe to use medicines and can help you to control your thoughts easily. You can talk with your doctor for both of these options.

Thanks and Take care.
