What Causes Nausea After Having Dinner?
Question: I am a 79 year old male, diabetic (diagnosed in 1978) regularly on medication, am suffering from vomiting sensation after dinner. All other meal times there is no problem.
I had undergone Gastroscopy in March 2012 and they found Schatzil B ring with esophageal candidiasiis which got better after 15 days of treatment. The problem has recurred in a very mild form. I have been to take Rabonic Plus (Rabeprazole and Levosulphiride (SR) tablets for 15 days.
Is this treatment correct?
I shall be most grateful for your guidance

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understood your concern very well.
As far as your current treatment with RABONIC PLUS is concerned ,it is perfectly all right.
The main question is severity and persistence of your symotoms.
In my view,since you have already taken GANTON TOTAL for 12 weeks and still having symptoms,you should get a repeat endoscopy done to see ..
The progress of SCHATZKI RING
To look for any re occurrence of candidiasis
Or
Is there development of any other problem ?
My suggestion to you would be to consult a gastroenterologist and seek his opinion and preferably get a repeat endoscopy done.
A normal repeat endoscopy would ensure peace and calm to you.
