Brief Answer:
Suggestions given.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

It is good to hear that your blood sugar levels are in control. However, I would strongly recommend you to walk daily in the morning. As regards the loss of balance, it could be due to problems involving the inner ear (and middle ear). I would insist you to take steam inhalation through mouth and nose. Treatment with vestibulocochlear stabilizing agents like betahistine or cinnarizine may help (prescription medicines). However, if it does not gradually resolve, it would be a good idea to visit a doctor.

Taking juicy fruits like citrus fruits, and bananas would help in reducing the pain in the ankles and calves.

Let me know if I could help specifically.

Regards
