Brief Answer:
It could be due to Nerve compression at neck level.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.

Well it is pretty much sure that you don't have any Heart issue . But we need to find out other causes of your chest left hand and leg pain.

I am suspecting a condition called Cervical Radiculopathy. This is a condition where there occurs compression of a nerve at the neck level . Due to this nerve compression it causes either pain or numbness over back of neck, shoulder, chest and back.

You need to get tested for this condition. In that regard I advise you to get MRI Cervical Spine scan done and revert back with report.

Till then get a prescription for Capsule Pregabalin from your doctor and start using it.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Could be Indigestion or Bronchospam

Detailed Answer:
HI

It could be due to either Bronchospasm ( reduced air entry into lungs ) or Indigestion . I advise you ot get Pulmonary function test to check if there is any bronchospasm or not.

Also take steam inhalation and eat less oily food and avoid non veg food .

Regarding the raise in heart rate after stopping Angizem CD , I need to know what exactly will be your heart rate once you stop the medicine?

After how many hours of stopping Angizem CD your heart rate increases?

Kindly let me know these details.

Regards.
