What Causes Irregular Periods?
Question: I am married women , don't have child yet , my problem is my menstrual cycle is very irregular since it was started I the year 13. it took 2-3 months for get the period
bleeding is normal in those 5 days & no other paining , but the problem is it took 2-3 to get the period . off late I had tried ayurvedic medicine ,allopathic but result was good only till I used the medicines else it wont works once I stop medication otherwise I am healthy , pls suggest treatment for the same to resolve this issue please advice

As going through your history you got PCOD and tried with ayurvedic medicine also.
As ayurvedic system of medicine didn't recommend taking medicine will solve your problem as like allopathy.. it includes proper diet,lifestyle and along with proper medication. Classical Ayurvedic practice will not treat a particular symptom it will treat the body as whole.
As treating the symptoms will always not appreciated. treating the cause for the disease/condtion (PCOD) is advisable. because of that once you stop medication again the problem reoccur.
PCOD occur mainly because of our unhealthy(modernized) lifestyle and diet.
once the hormonal imbalance occur possibility of getting poly cyst in ovaries and that's lead to irregular menstrual cycle.
kindly give me the detail as mentioned below;
*weight and height
*occupation
*diet habit
*exercise per week
*junk foods per week
*do you know yoga(yogasanam)?
*any family history related with PCOD.
*any history of stress/anixety
