Brief Answer:
Explained..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
She needs to be evaluated for the reason for irregular periods.
Also, the reason for post coital spotting / bleeding.
You need to consult a Specialist Gynecologist.
Please have an internal examination, a Pap smear, a pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
What is her height and weight ?
Conditions such as stress, anxiety, weight changes, unaccustomed exercise, lack of sleep, change in diet etc can also impact periods.
Has she taken any emergency contraceptive pills , or is she on any hormonal medication ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Thanks for immediate response.
Her height is 5 feet 3 inches and weight is 41 kg.

She has taken the contraceptive pills only once I.e last year only.
Also she is not on any hormonal medication.

is this related to pregnancy or other health issues.

She is at her native place and don't have access to good hospital .She will be back after one month. Should I ask to come back immediately and have check up or we can wait for her planned trip to end and then do the check up .please advise.

Brief Answer:
No urgency, can wait for a month.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the update.
Mild factors such as the ones described might be impacting her periods.
As long as the investigations are normal, there will be no impact on future pregnancy or other health issues.
Please do not worry.
Also, there is no urgency to seek medical attention.
You can consult a gynecologist and discuss the issues and plan the tests to be done.
Mostly they are done on the second day of the periods.
ONce she comes back next month, you can undergo the investigations.
Do not worry as there is no emergency or any life threatening condition here.
Ask her to eat healthy, exercise regularly and remain stress free.
Am sure she will be fine.
