What Causes Irregular Menstruation After Intercourse?

Question: The last time I had sex with my bf was in September after which I got my regular periods. Then I missed my period for October by 10 days after which I had primolute N for 5 days. It's been 5 days since I stopped the tablet . What could be the reason for not getting period yet ?

Is there a chance that I am pregnant ?
I have a major examination coming up this month and I'm really undergoing stress.
Also, I'm having PMS like symptoms of lower abdominal and back pain and a dry vagina from the past 2 days.
I just want to rule out the chances of pregnancy.
