Brief Answer:
Can e post surgery complication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic.

After cystoscopy there is always a increased risk of developing Urinary tract infection or mild bleeding from the site of surgery.
Sometimes mild bleeding cannot be appreciated.

Second posiblity is worsening of cardiac functions post surgery.
You have a history of angina(angina and hypercholestrolemia). After surgery chances of worsening of cardiac functions or sudden precipitation of congestive cardiac failure are very high.
I would initially suggest you to go for a test called 2d echo to rule out cardiac functions.
A urine routine and microscopy test should be done to rule out possibility of UTI or bleed.

Third explaination can be due to improper hydration and diet post surgery. If above recommended tests are normal then increase your water and salt intake for few days.
