Brief Answer:
Endocrine

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your medical symptoms.

There are a few endocrine (ie hormone related) causes of this problem:

1 Pheochromocytoma
This is a very rare condition in which spells of headache occur along with chest pain/shortness of breath and blood pressure swings.

A simple non-fasting blood test called Plasma Free Metanephrines is a good way to screen for this.

2 Acromegaly

This too is a rare condition which can cause headache. A blood test called IGF1 is a reasonable way to screen for this. Again no fasitng necessary

3 Thyroid problems.

An overactive thyroid state ( 'hyperthyroidism') can result in such symptoms. Checking blood levels of TSH and Free T4 are helpful in diagnosing this.

4 Menopausal hot flashes

You are obviously too young for menopause but it is important to know if your menstrual cycles are fine.
