Brief Answer:
Please go to the hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Yes, you should take your friend to the hospital because his symptoms should be checked immediately.

There are two possible dangerous situations associated with smoking marijuana:

1. heart attack risk where heart is working harder and getting less oxygen ( symptoms like chest discomfort or pain, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea and vomiting, pain in the back, shoulders or jaw).

2. atrial fibrillation where you can fill heart palpitations, shortness of breath, awareness that the heart is beating. Atrial fibrillation may lead to stroke.

Please note that Marijuana strongly effects on the cardiovascular system. Increases the heart rate, blood pressure and decreases ability for the blood to carry oxygen.

I suggest you to go to the hospital so the doctor will examine your friend.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
