Question: Hi, I have had diarrhea for 3 days and today have begun to have a headache on the right side of my head...especially around the eye socket. I also have nausea. Is this a migraine?

I would be glad to know some more information. Do you have fever, pain abdomen? How does your stool look like-watery, mucus, bloody?Is it foul smelling? How much is the output(volume in ml)? Is there any history of recent travel or change in food (due to party)?

Since when do you have headache? Have you identified any triggers precipitating your headache? How long does it last? Is it disturbing your routine?s it severe? What medications have you been taking now for diarrhoea & headache? Any other medical or surgical history in the past?
