Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Three bowel movements in an hour after breakfast at age of 70 with history of prostate enlargement and stage 3 kidney disease is likely an age related bowel functions decline like IBS etc. I would suggest modifying breakfast, make more fluids and fiber in it and keep it light and see if it helps. Small frequent meals, avoiding or reducing dairy products will help. Also with enlarged prostate, bowel is irritated on its own so prostate check regularly and compliance to tamsulosin is advised. Also atorvastatin does that to bowel movements too, try taking that pill at night full stomach during the meal and see if the symptoms subside.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
