Brief Answer:
Medication like terazosin could cause fatigue

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I've noted that you have been on finasteride and terazosin for your prostate symptoms.
An enlarged prostate by itself will Kot cause fatigue, but if you are getting up frequently at night to use the washroom despite treatment, you could feel fatigued the next day from a lack of sleep.
Also, terazosin belongs to a group of drugs known as alpha-blockers all of which can cause tiredness.
A few new molecules like tamsulosin have been available for several years now and they cause lesser fatigue with probably improved benefit of urinary symptoms and you could try a drug like Flomax 0.4mg once daily at bedtime in place of terazosin and see if things are better. Finasteride can theoretically cause mild tiredness, but more likely to cause sexual asthenia.
A hernia should not be a cause of fatigue. If your urinary symptoms are still obstructive, you might consider surgery for prostate followed later or simultaneously by hernia repair.
Hope I have been of help.
