Brief Answer:
More details please

Detailed Answer:
hi,
As I can understand, your major complaint is of having chubby face, that has bothered you since six months.
I need to know few details
1) Has your face gradually become round with fat deposited over side cheeks?
2) or, is it puffiness around under your eyes or face swelling that keeps on fluctuating with day and night? more in night?
3) Have you gained body weight? does your chest and upper body appears heavy too?
4) are you feeling tired and fatigued, In recent times?
5) Have you been on certain medications?

I need to know answers to the above questions as it is important to rule out endocrinological causes, or obesity, etc

thank you
Regards,

Brief Answer:
Urine cortisol levels can be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for the reply
It appears that there could be an underlying cortisol levels disturbances.
Which could have a pathology in brain or adrenal gland.
The wieght gain and facial featurs is suggestive of Cushing condition, however needs to be further confirmed on investigations.
I suggest you get urine cortisol levels.
An MRI brain can be done to screen for brain pituitary Tumor, however can be done after urine screening.
Thyroid function test can be done to rule out thyroid problem, that can lead to weight gain.
An endocrinological cause I'd highly suspected, Therfore an endocrinologist consultation is advisable.

thank you
