Question: Hello
I am a 36 yr old male with extreme fatigue, pressure on left side of head causing dizziness/heavy feeling. Legs are also very heavy and twitch all throughout the day. Can no longer run more than 1/2 mile due to cramping and just ran half marathon couple years ago. I am pretty athletic and weigh 185 lbs. There is no way that I should feel this way. Please help as all nomal blood work is good. Heart rate is around 56 which I am not sure if that is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Generalized fatigue may be due to some metabolic cause.
Is your Thyroid profile, vitamin D and vitamin B12
normal?
Heart rate may be on lower side in athletic person and nothing to worry about.
You may also require CPK-MM blood testing.
Is there any fluctuations in weakness with apparently normal in morning and fatiguability in evening.
provide more details as requested.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
